How to go to Brunei?
Brunei International Airport in the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan, is the primary flight hub to the country. Though, most travelers arrive here by ferry from nearby Labuan Island and Kota Kinabalu. Travel time from Kota Kinabalu to Labuan is around 3 to 3.5 hours. From there, it is another 1 to 2-hour ferry to Serasa Ferry Terminal in Brunei.

Cebu Pacific and Royal Brunei Airlines operate direct flights from Manila to Brunei (2 hours). You may also fly to Kota Kinabalu on Cebu Pacific or AirAsia and continue the journey by ferry.

Do I need a visa to visit Brunei?
Tourists from over 50 nationalities do not need to apply for a visa or entry permit to travel in Brunei. If you are a citizen of one of these nations, you may be able to visit Brunei visa-free for a maximum stay of 14 days, to up to 90 days depending on the passport provided.
